9 Installation manual
9.1 Location
The device must be installed in a sufficiently ventilated room, protected from a corrosive atmosphere,
moisture and dust, at a temperature between 5 and 40 ° C.
The facility shall include:
Sufficient space below the device to allow access to the reagents.
Sufficient space on the left of the device to allow the hydraulic connection (sample, gas
evacuation, etc.).
Sufficient space on the right of the device to allow the air supply and electrical connections.
An outlet which can collect the waste water from the device (tank, sewer, etc.) on the left.
A power supply of 110V or 230V - 50 / 60Hz.
An inlet for the sample to be analysed at a max pressure of 3 bar (minimum: 0.5bar -
50 l/h); (100 to 500l / h if a sampling / treatment system is provided - optional).
A clean and dry compressed air supply - pressure between 0.5 and 1.5 bar.
A clean and dry compressed air supply - regulated by a controller to 2.5 bar - 7 bar max at
the inlet (loaded sample pretreatment option).
An outlet to the outside atmosphere for discharging the measured gasses.
9.2 Mounting conditions
TOC Evolution can be mounted onto a vertical wall by means of four M10 bolts (refer to the
assembly drawing) with, if possible, the MMI at eye level for easy maintenance.
9.3 Electrical connections
