Stopping the analyser
If the analyser must be stopped for a few days or more, it is always best to condition it so that
everything goes well when it is restarted.
To do so:
Launch 1 measuring cycle with demineralised water instead of the sample.
Press button
when the reactor is filled.
Enable the draining solenoid valve.
Purge the reagent pumps with demineralised water and let this water flow before closing the
draining solenoid valve.
Remove the particles or algae which may be present inside the pipes.
Switch off the analyser.
Maintain the analyser in a clean state is a guarantee of reliability and durability.
Upon restart, if the analyser has not worked for several days:
Prime the pumps with the reagents.
Rinse the reactor.
Start a new calibration.
