(4) If the current correction values cannot still adjust paper feed-
ing correctly (even at five patterns), adjust the paper feeding
with the following procedures:
1. Adjust the paper feeding with the following manner and print
the FEED ADJ pattern again. When balck lines appear in
side of (4) lines in (2) area, input +0.1 percentage. When
white lines appear in side of (4) lines in (2) area, input -0.1
percentage.
2. Find a correction value which black lines or white line in
side of (4) lines in (2) area turn to other color lines (white or
black).
3. Return to step (3).
<How to decide a correction value when using "FEED PATTERN :
ROUGH1/ROUGH2/DETAIL">
(1) Select a paper type in “SELECT PAPER TYPE” menu when
setting a paper.
(2) Print a “ROUGH1” pattern.
Print a paper feed adjustment pattern with 99.00% of the current value .
Print a paper feed adjustment pattern with 99.20% of the current value .
Print a paper feed adjustment pattern with 99.40% of the current value .
Print a paper feed adjustment pattern with 99.60% of the current value .
Print a paper feed adjustment pattern with 99.80% of the current value .
Print a paper feed adjustment pattern with 100.00% of the current value .
Print a paper feed adjustment pattern with 100.20% of the current value .
Print a paper feed adjustment pattern with 100.40% of the current value .
Print a paper feed adjustment pattern with 100.60% of the current value .
Print a paper feed adjustment pattern with 100.80% of the current value .
Print a paper feed adjustment pattern with 101.00% of the current value .
