Section 3 Menu Operations (SCSI controller)
- "#PAPER FEED ADJ" and "BASE=xxx.xx%" are displayed
alternately on the LCD when using engine-SCSI firmware
version 3.20 or later, or IP-4500 / 4010MKII engine-SCSI
firmware version 5.20 or later.
(4) Print mode selection for adjustment (HS ADJUST VALUE)
Select a display menu for head position adjustment correction value
and ink position adjustment correction value from NORMAL or
HS (high speed) in this menu.

- NORMAL : Display head position adjustment correction value
and ink position adjustment correction value menus
for normal mode. (Display "H-POS ADJ" and "I-
POS ADJ" menus.)
- HS
: Display head position adjustment correction value
and ink position adjustment correction value menus
for high speed mode. (Display "HS H-POS ADJ"
and "HS I-POS ADJ" menus.)
- "HS ADJUST VALUE" menu is effective after using IP-4500
/ 4010MKII engine-SCSI firmware varsion 5.00.
(5) Head position adjustment correction value (H-POS ADJ) [Lc, Lm, C, M, Y]
or (HS H-POS ADJ) [Lc, Lm, C, M, Y]
Adjust the position of each head at NORMAL or HS mode for the
main scanning direction. According to the mode selected in "HS
ADJUST VALUE" menu, either of "H-POS ADJ" or "HS H-POS
ADJ" menu is displayed.
Enter a correction value based on the print results of the paper feed
adjustment pattern.
