menu the "Manual location" menu field.
"Current loc. city" menu is displayed.

Proceed the same as described for

After selecting crossroads call up the
"Enter position" menu.

In this menu set the current vehicle
position in relation to the crossroads in
the "Intersection" menu field and direc-
tion north in the "Direction" menu field.

Here you can select whether on the visual
display of the map or symbols the indica-
tion should be arrival time or travel time.

Switch between "Arrival time" and
"Travel time" by pressing the menu selec-

You can assign different settings to the
contrast for the night/day screen.

Select and confirm the "Contrast" menu
field. The setting scale to the right will
also be red. The current setting will be
displayed in a white rectangle.

Select and confirm the setting of your
choice. The setting scale sign switches
off.

The time is
automatically
adjusted
through the GPS. The GPS system trans-
mits standard time UTC. Consequently,
there is a time difference of 2 hours in
relation to Central European Daylight
Savings Time and of 1 hour in relation to
the regular time which needs to be cor-
rected manually. This is important, i.e. for
the precise indication of the arrival time.
•
Select and confirm the "Set clock"
menu field.
The time is displayed in white digits.
•
Enter current time. To do this, turn the
menu selector knob.
•
Confirm set time by pressing the menu
selector knob.
