The alphabetical destinations memory
lists all destinations alphabetically. Here
you can store, edit and select destina-
tions for the destination entry.
The Top 10 destinations memory is spe-
cial. Here you can store, edit and select
up to 10 frequently used destination
addresses for the destination entry.
Short names will help you find a destina-
tion from the memory
quickly, for
instance, if an address is difficult to
remember. The short
name always
appears in front of the destination name.
A short name can be, for instance, a com-
pany name or the reference "Meeting
point".
Select from the menu fields the following
options to store destinations:
Store destination in alphabetical desti-
nation memory and in the Top 10 destina-
tions memory, see pages 46-48.
Enter/modify short names in the desti-
nation memory, page 67.
Edit Top 10 memory, see page 69.
Example:
– Classify destinations, page 70
– Copy destinations from alphabetical
destination memory in the Top 10 mem-
ory, see page 71.
Store flagged destination, page 53.
Delete destinations from destinations
memory, see page 72.
