Defrosting

Defrosting  is  automatic  and  controlled  by  a  digital  thermostat. 
The cycle is pre-programmed in the plant to act every 8 hours 
during 20 minutes. The condensation water is automatically re-
evaporated. Make sure that the draining outlet isn’t blocked

The manufacturer isn’t responsible for damage caused by instal-
lation or connection errors.

Maintenance

Keep the cabinet clean and avoid dust or other materials accumu-
lating in the ventilation grilles.

The maintenance operations must be done by the manufacturer, 
its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid 
hazard.

If the cabinet is switched off for an extensive period of time, it 
is necessary to empty, defrost, dry the walls and leave the doors 
half-open.

Replacing the illumination

(when applicable)

-  Led strip. The power of the illumination is 17W/m. Power 12 

Volt DC.

The  replacing  operations  should  be  done  by  the  manufacturer, 
its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid 
hazard.

Breakdowns

The appliance is not working, the switch or indicator light does 
not come on.

-  Check whether there has not been a power cut.

-  Check whether the plug is energized.

The appliance is working but only becomes slightly cold

-  Check that dust has not accumulated in the capacitor.

-  Check the thermostat position.

-  Check whether the fans are working or if they are stuck.

-  Check if there is any ice accumulation at the evaporator.

Water appears at the bottom of the refrigerator

-  Check whether the emptying outlet is blocked or whether 

the emptying tube is not pointing towards the evaporation 
tank in the compressor department.

-  Check whether the cabinet is level.

-  Check the condition of the water absorption sponge in the 

recovery tray and, if necessary, replace it.

The supplier cable is damaged

-  If the supply cord is damaged gets damaged, it must be 

replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly 
qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

High Temperature Alarm (HI)

-  Check if there is any ice accumulation at the evaporator.

-  Check whether the fans are working.

-  Check whether the door was open for a long period of time.

Low Temperature Alarm (LO)

-  Check the thermostat programming

The lighting doesn’t work

-  Check the lamp switch in the thermostat, turn it on and off.

If, after making these checks, the anomaly remains, you should 
ask your retailer for assistance or contact our technical depart-
ment directly.

In the latter case, you should indicate:

The nature of the failure, the number and type of the appliance 
and the purchase date (certificate of warranty).

The number and type of appliance is to be found on a plate situ-
ated inside the appliance, in the right-hand side part.
