Recycling of packaging

Recycling of used equipments

This appliance is labeled in accordance with European Directive 
2002/96/CE concerning used electrical and electronic appliances 
(waste electrical and electronic equipment – WEEA). The guide-
line  determines  the  framework  for  the  return  and  recycling  of 
used appliances as applicable throughout the EU.

The appliance is not without value and must not be treated as an 
ordinary  domestic  waste.  Remove  them  in  an  environmentally

Technical Safety

This cabinet has a litle quantity of refrigerant fluid (R600a) not 
pollutant, but inflammable.

Must be careful for don’t damage the tube where circulate the 
refrigerant fluid during the carriage or installation. The refrigerant 
fluid can escape and cause damage on the eyes.

In case of damage:

• Must keep the cabinet away from the flames

• Ventilate the cabinet for a few minutes

• Disconnect the cabinet

• Contact the technical services.

The room where the equipment should be installed must be big-
ger than the quantity of refrigerant fluid the equipment. In small 
places  and  in  occurrence  of  a  leak,  can  form  a  mixture  of  gas 
inflammable.

For each 8g the refrigerant fluid, the room must be at least 1m3. 
The quantity of fluid refrigerant is in the characteristic plate of the 
equipment, inside the cabinet.

The maintenance operations must be done by the manufacturer, 
its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid 
hazard.

Recomendattions for use

•  Before connecting the cabinet, check whether there as been 

any damage to the cable and plug during transport.

•  This device belongs to climatic class 3 (indicated in the plate 

of characteristics) for what the allowable room temperature 
in which the device should function will have to be between 
+16 ºC and +32º C.

•  Do not touch the cabinet with wet or damp hands or feet.

•  This device is not foreseen to be used by people (including 

children) whose physical capacities, sensorial or mental are 
reduced, or people with lack of experience or knowledge, 
except if they will be able to benefit, through a responsible 
person for its security, of a monitoring or previous instruc-
tions relative to the use of the device.

•  Never disconnect the cabinet from the power point by pull-

ing the power cable. Use the ribbed area to grip the plug.

•  Never use electronic device inside this device (warmer…) 

Danger of explosion.

•  Never use mechanical devices for accelerate de defrosting, 

different than recommended by the manufacturer. (e.g. 
Defrosting or cleaning the equipment with a steam cleaner! 
The steam could reach the electric elements and cause short 
circuit. Danger of electric shock.

•  For defrosting and cleaning, must disconnect the cabinet.

•  Don’t use sharps objects for eliminate ice, this action could 

damage the tube where circulates the cooling fluid. The 
cooling fluid could be in fire and cause injuries on the eyes.

•  Don’t save inside the equipment products with propeller gas 

(e.g spays tin) and explosive products. Danger of explosion.

•  Don’t use drawers, doors like support zone.

•  Alcohol of high percentage just must be save inside the 

equipment if him was save in container hermetically close 
and in upright position.
