Compensation
Feature
The Unbalance Compensation (UBC) feature compensates for variances
which result in an error voltage existing between the capacitor bank neutral
point and ground. The variances may be due to manufacturing tolerances of
the capacitor units or fixed system voltage unbalances. The type of
variance which may be compensated depends on the setting of the control’s
setpoints and the number of potential monitoring devices which are
installed. The setting and sensor configuration for each type of installation
is listed in Table 4. See Figure 6.
