10.12.5 File Download and Upload
A file is downloaded or uploaded through FTP protocol.
To download a file, use the ‘download’ command. An example of downloading the ‘test’
file from ‘192.168.1.1’ to ‘disk:/test’ is shown below.
WEC8500/file# download guest guest 192.168.1.1 test disk:/test
Following is example of file downloading ‘test’ file from ‘3ffe:500::862b:2bff:fe6d:2199’
to ‘disk:/test’.
WEC8500/file# download guest guest 3ffe:500::862b:2bff:fe6d:2199 test
disk:/test
To upload a file, use the ‘upload’ command.
An example of uploading the ‘disk:/uploadtest’ file to ‘192.168.1.1’ is shown below.
WEC8500/file# upload guest guest 192.168.1.1 disk:/uploadtest
uploadtest
Following is example of file uploading to ‘3ffe:500::862b:2bff:fe6d:2199’
WEC8500/file# upload guest guest 3ffe:500::862b:2bff:fe6d:2199
disk:/uploadtest uploadtest
10.12.6 Package File
You can use a package file by downloading it from a network or copying it from a USB
memory. The APC checks the integrity of a package file and provides the information
retrieving function.
Checking the integrity of a package file
Checking if a package file is damaged is called integrity checking. An example of checking
integrity using the ‘verify’ command is shown below.
