Event Recording
Press [ENTER] and use the left/right buttons or the mouse wheel to choose "Yes" or "No".
Advanced event recording conditions can be set in the Event Recording menu.
In this menu, only whether or not the function will be enabled can be configured.
6.6 Configuring Event Recording
This menu is used to configure event-triggered recording operations.
There are four types of event recording: Sensor, Motion Detection, Text and Digital Input. To
execute event recording, the relevant settings must be enabled under the Record Setup menu.
Once the recording conditions have been set, "Event Recording" under Record Setup must be
set to "On". Also, before configuring event recording, "Event Source" must be configured.
However, Digital Input event recording differs from the others in that it requires Macro to be set
to above "Low" also to activate.
6.6.1 Event Source Setup
The following explains how to configure sensor, motion detection and text for the purpose of
event recording.
6.6.1.1 Sensor Setup
This menu is used to configure sensor activity and sensor type.
Two types of sensors are supported: Normal Open (N.O.) and Normal Close (N.C.)
Configure the settings according to the type of sensor used.
