Caution for connecting the PC to the target board

The power of the PC and the target board should be turned off when they are connected
to each other. If are connected to each other when the power is being supplied, the
parallel port of the PC or the target board can be damaged.

4.2.1.3 Executing the CPLD Programming Tool

This part describes the method to execute the CPLD programming tool as the proper order.
