3.5.1.2 When RELAY Cannot Be Controlled

The method to solve the problem when RELAY cannot be controlled is as follows:

Yes

- Check if +5 V is supplied to RELAY.
- Replace RELAY.

Check ADDRESS, DATA BUS.

Replace the TRANSISTOR and input
resistance.

End

Check if the control signal is

properly output from CPLD.

Does the TRANSISTOR operate

normally?

Is the control signal normal?

Is the RELAY sound generated?

Operate the corresponding

TRANSISTOR and check its status.
