Menu
This menu allows you to adjust the color setting.

Use the Setup menu to configure a variety of printer features.

Item Explanation
Calibration
This menu item allows you to calibrate the
printer for the best possible color print
quality.
• Off: The printer is calibrated by the
default setting.
• Auto: Automatically calibrates the printer
to produce the best possible print quality
for color documents.
• Run Now: Allows you to manually
calibrate the printer.
Custom Color
This item allows you to adjust contrast, color
by color.
CMYK: Allows you to adjust the contrast of
the toner in each toner cartridge.
• Default: Optimizes colors automatically.
• Manual Adjust: Allows you to manually
adjust the color contrast for each
cartridge.
Note
: You should use the
Default
setting
for best color quality.

LCD Language
The LCD Language setting determines the
language of the text that appears on the
control panel display and information
printing.
Options: Off, Auto*, Run Now
Options: English*, German, French, Italian,
