HOW TO USE THE CANNING FUNCTION
1. Prepare the food in jars (perfectly clean), seal the lids and place the jars in the
inner pot. Glasses can reach up to 2/3 of the pot. Do not overfill the pot with
glasses. Always leave a small space. Pour water into the pot. The water should
reach 1/3 of the height of the jars.
2. Place the lid (2) on the cooker and turn it counterclockwise to lock it. Make sure
the pressure relief valve is in the "Airtight" position. Plug the power cord into a 220
-
240V outlet.
3. The LCD shows OFF.
4. Press the CANNING Program
5. The display shows the default cooking time for the selected selection. For
CANNING, the display shows 00:15. It is not necessary to press another button.
6. The CANNING diode flashes ten times and the cooker starts to heat up.
ON and Preheat icon light up

7. After warm
-
up, P: 15 and the pressure icon light up
on the display. The
countdown starts.
8. The program will announce the completion by a beep. Drop the steam. Open the
lid and carefully remove the glass using potholders or pliers.
MENU SELECT BUTTONS:
Select one of the menu buttons except Saute and Yogurt function. Follow the
instructions under “AFTER SELECTING A MENU BUTTON"
Once the pressure cooker completes its countdown, the unit will begin operation of
the cooking sequence for the chosen selection.
Follow instructions under “HOW TO REMOVE LID AFTER PRESSURE COOKING” to
finish the cooking process.
