TO INSTALL THE AUTOMATIC OUTLETS
THE AUTOMATIC OUTLETS ARE AVAILABLE FOR FLEX--AUGER MODEL 55--75--90.

Install the first suspension behind the first tube, to avoid activating the small weigher
Suspend the hopper high enough : when filling up the hopper it will come down by the weight of the feed. The feeder pans
must not touch the floor !
Automatic outlet.
”0” adjustment button (at the back of
the small weigher).
Flex--Auger.
Hopper extension 50Kg.
100Kg. hopper.
Feeder line.
The position of the telescopical tube
depends upon the weight of feed you
want in the hopper. Install the tube in
such a way that the hopper can hold
the predetermined quantity of feed.
For a content of > 70Kg. but < 100kgs , the hopper
must be equipped with a superstructure. See page
II--20
The automatic outlet is operated electromagnetically by the sensor (NO) on the small weigher 100Kg. above the 100kg. hop-
per. The electromagnet is incorporated in the outlet.
AFTER COMPLETE INSTALLATION OF THE AUTOMATIC OUTLET :
Adjust the needle of the weigher to zero by means of the adjustment button. So you eliminate the weight of the 100kg.
hopper (+ superstructure if used).
Set the adjustment arrow on the weight of feed you want to distribute.
