Remote Control - OPC
OLE for process control (OPC) is an interface to communicate with the R&S
QAR
through a programmable logic controller (PLC).
Rohde & Schwarz provides a client application, R&S
QAROPCClient, that connects to
an OPC server that hosts the variables used for communication with the PLC.

OPC Variables
The following tables contain all variables supported by the R&S
QAROPCClient appli-
cation. For each variable, you have to define the exact node path in the following file:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Rohde-Schwarz\QAROPCClientRadome\config\
opc_client.cfg

Reference
You can split the variable into two groups: variables for communication from PLC to
R&S
QAR, and variables for communication from R&S
QAR to PLC. The source writes
the variable, the target reads the variable.
All variable names have a prefix that describes the path to the variable. The path
depends on your system.
