The instrument software workspace opens and provides menus and
functionality for viewing and editing scan specifications and acquiring and
viewing images (Figure 19).

The Instrument Software Workspace

The instrument software consists of various input and output options. Its
workspace is arranged to help you focus on specifying scan parameters
