Set write items in order from “Group 6 ID (base ten).”
The set value sets the Modbus register address of the controller (SRZ) connected in a decimal
number.
In this example, make the setting as follows.
Group 6 ID (base ten): 142: Set value (SV)

The number of continuous accesses have been set, and thus it is only necessary to specify CH1.
The factory set value of Group 9 ID (base ten) and following is “65535.”
