- Clean

- Lag fuel oil supply lines
- Fit heating element in oil tank
- Dilute fuel oil with petrol in pro-
portion of 3-5%
- Replace
- Check fuel oil pressure
- Check air damper setting
- Replace nozzle
- Check solenoid valve coil
Ignition electrodes incorrectly
positioned
Air flow rate too high
Too much draught in flue

- Position electrodes properly
- Adjust air flow

The burner starts, but the flame
is slow to ignite

The first time the boiler starts up, and the first time it restarts after a burner lockout or thermostat lockout, the
burner pre-heats the fuel for about 2 and a half minutes For all subsequent startups, the motor starts up as soon
as the control thermostat closes
No electrical power

- Check for voltage at terminals
L1 – N of 7 pin connector
- Check condition of fuses
- Check that maximum tempera-
