Set valve sequence
Activate the ability to change the sequence in which the valves will open in a
particular valve group. The sequence of the valves is determined by the sequence
number entered for each valve.
External EC/pH control
Select an external EC or pH controller.
Type of EC control
Select the type of EC controller present.
None: EC control is disabled.
Mixer valve: EC mixer valve for high/low control.
1-8 Dosage valves: The number of EC dosage valves for pulse/pause control.
Correction of control EC sensor -0.5 - 0.5 mS/cm
This correction value will be added to the measured value in order to correct a static
deviation.
Alarm delay of control EC sensor
The length of time that an alarm for this EC sensor will be delayed.
Enter value 00:00:00 to disable the alarm.
Minimum EC control pulse time 0.4 - 4 sec.
The minimum number of seconds that the mixer valve or dosage valve must remain
open.
Enter the lowest possible value.
This setting also determines after how many seconds the valve may reopen (called
the 'cycle time').
Cycle time = 10 x Minimum control pulse. The maximum cycle time is 10 sec.
If a large value is set for 'Minimum control pulse', fertilizers will be dosed in
long pulses less frequently. If a small value is set, fertilizers will be dosed in
short pulses more frequently.
If the pulse time drops below the 'Minimum control pulse', this duration will
be added to the next control pulse. Try to avoid this.
Second EC sensor
Select the function of the second EC sensor:
None: Disabled. No second EC sensor present.
Monitor: To monitor the measurements of the control EC sensor.
Pre-measurement: To measure the EC value of the supply water.
Pre-blending: To measure the EC value during the pre-blending process (i.e. the
blending of fresh water with drain water).
