Cont.value for end influence
See explanation below.
Cont.value for start influence 0 - 100 %
The following applies if a low start value and a high end value is set:
If the measured value is equal to or lower than the 'Cont. value for start
influence', no influence will be applied to the size of the irrigation cycle.
If the measured value is equal to or higher than the 'Cont.value for end
influence', the maximum influence will be applied to size of the irrigation cycle.
If the measured value is somewhere between the pre-set start and end values,
the influence will be applied proportionally to the size of the irrigation cycle.
EXAMPLE
The irrigation volume is set to 100 litres.
Contact input 0..100 % => 0..100 kg.
Contact value for start influence: 50kg
Contact value for end influence: 90kg
An additional 5 litres needs to be applied during the irrigation cycle for every
kilo above 50kg.
Max. influence is (90kg - 50kg) * -1 Litres = -40 litres.
This is -40% of 100 litres.
Settings:
Influence active: Yes.
Contact value for start influence: 50% (no influence yet).
Contact value for end influence: 90kg (max. influence).
Influence on size of irrigation cycle: -40% (decrease).
Result:
If the contact value is 50% or lower, the influence will be 0%.
If the contact value is 90% or higher, the influence will be 40% = -40
litres.
If the contact value is 60%, the influence will be (60% - 50%) / (90% -
50%) * -40% = -10% is -10 litres.
A contact value influence is only applied to irrigation. It is not applied to crop pre-
rinsing and post-rinsing, or to frost prevention sprinkling.
You can also set a trajectory with a high start value and a low end value.
This means that the following will apply: If the measured value is higher than or
equal to the pre-set start value, then the influence will be zero.
