This appendix describes specifications and trademarks for the print server.
Configurations to Use Printing Workflow
Systems
The print server can load the print jobs that are sent from the following printing workflow systems, and
send the jobs to the printer:
Company names Product names
Heidelberg Prinect
Kodak Prinergy
You need to configure the printing workflow systems to make them work together with the print server.
For details about the configuration, see the manuals of each product.
When the setting screen for the DFE server name appears, check the Internet name of local host or IP
address in the following way and enter it.
1. Log in to the print server as an administrator using the remote or local console.
2. Click the [Configuration] page.
3. Click [Network] under [DFE] in the navigation pane.
4. In [Card] under the [ETHERNET ADAPTERS], select the Ethernet adapter.
5. Click the Edit ( ) icon.
6. Check [Domain name of local host] or [IP address] in the [Ethernet copper integrated #1]
screen.
