2.5 EXPOSURE LAMP REPLACEMENT
1. Turn off the main switch and unplug the copier.
2. Remove the exposure glass. (See Exposure Glass Removal.)
3. Move the first scanner to the cutout position at the rear frame [A] and
move the first scanner toward the front side as shown.
4. Place a strip of paper around the exposure lamp.
5. Loosen the screw [B] in the rear lamp terminal bracket [C].
6. Take the rear side [D] of the exposure lamp [E] off the rear lamp terminal
[F] while pressing the rear terminal.
7. Slide the exposure lamp toward the front side and pass the front side of
the exposure lamp through the space [G] between the front scanner
clamp [H] and the front copier frame [I] while lifting the rear side of the
exposure lamp.
8. Take out the exposure lamp.
