Figure 14. Input of a new frequency

The currently selected digit is indicated by a green-colored frame.
The input of digits can be done with the numerical buttons on the front of the device (s. Figure 14, field
8).
The arrow buttons “up” and “down” (s. Figure 14, field 6) allow the input of the frequency/channel,
using a sophisticated input scheme. Depending on the other digit values, that are already set, the
system allows the selection of only correct numbers for the current digit.

Note

If the system does not allow entering the desired number for a current digit, control other digits in the
input field and correct them if necessary. The system shows you, which digit is wrong by flashing the
cursor-frame in red.

Note

Frequency step width depends on the selected frequency band (s. 9.1):
