Click the system icon to open the system window. The
System
window supports modifications to
the network and serial port settings. It also provides a terminal for a command line interface.

Network Settings
Network settings can be modified. Enter new data and click
Apply
.

Hostname
- Enter an optional name for the
Linx DVI Switcher
.

IP Address
- If the IP address is changed, the WCP must be restarted by entering the
new address in the browser.
■
Subnet Mask
- Modify the subnet mask as required.
■
Default Gateway
- Modify the default gateway as required.

Serial Port
■
Baud
- Select a baud rate from the drop-down list. The default is 9600 but it is
recommended that the rate be set to the maximum the controller will support.
■
Echo
- Turn echo on or off. Default is ON.

Terminal
Click the Terminal button to open a window for command control. This window may be used
for command line entries. With
Enable command log
checked, the window will report
system commands executed in response to changes made via the WCP.
