The WCP opens to display the current routing and ‘
Current Routing
’ is displayed at the bottom-
right of the window. The use of the WCP is described in the following sections.
4.2.1
Inputs
Inputs are numbered across the top of the WCP routing matrix. If inputs have been named
using the
Configuration Window
, these names will also be displayed.
The input status is displayed along the bottom of the matrix. A detected valid input is
indicated in green. Blue indicates the presence of an HDCP-authenticated signal originating
from an HDMI source such as a Blu-ray player. Red indicates no input is detected.
Any input may be routed to one or more outputs.
4.2.2
Outputs
Outputs are labeled along the right side of the routing matrix. Enabled outputs are indicated in
green. Click an output number to disable it; disabled outputs are indicated in red. Click again to
re-enable an output.
Figure 4-3
shows an example of the WCP with outputs disabled.

Note
When HDCP sources and displays are connected for the first time, HDCP
authentication may take up to five seconds. If the input status stays green rather than
turning blue, there could be a problem with authentication.
