Unplug RAMP® 200 devices before you clean the system.
The RAMP® 200 does not contain any operator-serviceable components.
Beyond gentle exterior cleaning, the RAMP® 200 does not require regular maintenance or calibration.
Any liquids on the external surface of a Test Cartridge must be cleaned before inserting into the ports of
the TM.
Software upgrades are installed by a USB flash drive that contains the latest software.
To install a software upgrade:

Upgrade
. The
Settings: Upgrade
screen appears.
NOTE:
The first of the three upgrade options is always the upgrade for the CM software. However,
in CM software V1.2 and in earlier CM versions, this option is labeled
Upgrade All Software
(not
Upgrade CM Software).
Select the appropriate upgrade option:
Upgrade CM Software
upgrades the CM software only
Upgrade Port Software
upgrades the TM only
Upgrade Languages Only
upgrades the language software
Select
Confirm
to start the upgrade. Please wait until the Upgrade has completed, the system will then
prompt you to restart the system to complete the upgrade.
Power off the RAMP® 200, wait approximately 30 seconds, and then power the system back on.
