Adding or modifying an operator
To add or modify an operator:

If you are adding a new operator, complete all desired fields in the
Settings: Operators
:
Add
screen (select
Menu
>
Settings
>
Edit Operators
).
NOTE:
The
RAM
P® 2
00 can store a maximum of 600 operators.
If modifying an existing operator, the screen title is
Settings: Operators: Modify
and the fields
are populated.
Operator ID:
Characters entered to access the RAMP® 200 (maximum length 18 characters).
Display Name:
Characters displayed with results for this operator ID (maximum length 50
characters).
NOTE:
Although 50 characters may be entered in the
Display Name
field, it is truncated on the
CM display and result print out. The full 50 characters will only be visible in the
Edit Operators
screen in the
Settings
menu or through the RCU.
Password:
Maximum length 18 characters.
Verify:
Re-enter the password.
Expire:
Date that the operator’s permission to use the RAMP® 200 expires. Operator is locked out
after that date. To disable the expiration feature, leave the field blank.
Use the
drop-down arrow to select the desired
Operator Type

Accept
, and then select
Confirm
.
Searching for an individual operator
Use the
Settings: Operator: Search
screen to select operators by the following attributes:
Operator name
Operator ID
Expiry date
