Note:
It is recommended that you check the
displayed vessel position in the Chart application
against your actual proximity to a known charted
object. GNSS receivers typically have an accuracy
of between 5 m and 15 m.
Note:
A GPS Status screen provides satellite
signal strength and other relevant information.
7.5 Checking the sonar application
Products which include the Sonar application and the
CPT-DVS
transducer can use the Sonar application
to help target fish.
From the Sonar application:
1. Check the display.
With the transducer active you should see a
scrolling (left to right) image that shows the
bottom and underwater structure, you should also
see a depth reading in the top left databox.
