6. Touch the Tractor Info display and set the maximum speed to 4 mph [6 kph].
DANGER
Do not ride in the cab or operate OMNiDRIVE™ while pas-
sengers are in the operator cab. The autonomous vehicle
may change direction, speed, or stop without warning.
Always engage the Lockout Switch when working on or
around the autonomous vehicle. Toggle the armrest switch
to manual mode while in the operator position.
Note: The initial system tests should be done at no more than 4 mph [6 kph].
7. Next, verify the Lockout Switch and E-Stop

s are working correctly. Refer to "Test the
E-Stops" on page 238 for assistance with testing the Lockout Switch and E-Stops.
NOTICE
The Lockout Switch and E-Stops are critical safety
components of the OMNiDRIVE™ system. Be sure to test
each mounted or hand-held switch individually prior to
starting autonomous operations.
8. On the OMNiDRIVE™ user interface, set a stage point

and send the tractor to set
point.
9. Before the tractor reaches the stage point, press the E-Stop button and verify that the
tractor comes to a complete stop. Perform this test with the E-Stop in the controlling
combine and at least one other E-Stop that will be in the field during autonomous oper-
ations.

vesting, move the stage point to ensure the tractor is positioned conveniently for efficient
syncing with the combine.
