Enabling or Disabling Strong Passwords
This command syntax enables or disables the strong password feature.
config:# security strongPasswords enabled <option>
Variables:

<option> is one of the options:
true
or
false
.
Option Description
true Enables the strong password feature.
false Disables the strong password feature.
Minimum Password Length
This command syntax determines the minimum length of the password.
config:# security strongPasswords minimumLength <value>
Variables:

<value> is an integer between 8 and 32.
Maximum Password Length
This command syntax determines the maximum length of the password.
config:# security strongPasswords maximumLength <value>
Variables:

<value> is an integer between 16 and 64.
Lowercase Character Requirement
This command syntax determines whether a strong password includes at
least a lowercase character.
