3 If the system contains 32 Gb FC cards, connect the FC cables to the
FC ports in PCIe slot 1 and PCIe slot 3 on the top canister and the
bottom canister (see Figure 177 on page 165).
4 Connect the short CAT6A Ethernet cable that connects Port 4 on the
top canister to port 4 on the bottom canister (see Figure 178 ).

Note: Verify that the short CAT6A Ethernet cable that connects Port 4
on the top canister to port 4 on the bottom canister is securely
connected (see Figure 178 ). This cable connection must be in
place before applying power to the system.
5 Connect one power cable to PSU A and the other cable to PSU B (see
Figure 179 on page 167).
