Here a frequency jump is defined as

Note: The setting
AUTO
should not be activated if the user is working with unsynchronized
nominal frequencies 48kHz/48kHz. If frequencies close to each other are used, which differ only by
a few ppm, it can, under certain circumstances, take several minutes for a difference of one sample
to occur, and the bypass to be suspended. When switching off, the various different audio delay
times of the SRC and bypass can lead to a loud crack, which is then immortalized on the final
recording. This is also valid for the setting ON, as the blinking of the LL LED can easily be
overseen.

this menu item, but it is always set to
OFF.
