6.5.5 Password Initialization
A customer who forgets the password during use can initialize the password by using the password
initialization menu on the homepage. On the log-in page, select the “Forgot your id or password?” menu,
and when the customer confirms the ID and the e-mail address created during membership registration,
the initialized password is sent to the registered e-mail address.
6.5.6 Types of Service Offered
After completing log-in, normal service is available. This service currently provides such menu items
as monitoring, consumption reports, ESS reports, ESS forecasts, and notices.
6.5.6.1 Monitoring
The operational status of the product is indicated. You can check the current status of operation, the
customer's power consumption information, and power generation amount information in real-time.
You can also check event codes generated during run time on the monitoring page. You can check
the details of the event codes by clicking the exclamation marks which appear on the ESS icon.
If the Internet is not available, the event codes cannot be checked.
