4.3.2. Static IP Assignment
The automatic IP register ETH_DHCP_ENABLE [MODBUS
Address: 40922] must be set
to “0” to enable static assignment. The
IP address, Net Mask and gateway address can be assigned
manually in this configuration. The Actual IP, Subnet and Gateway
addresses used by the Power Electronics Ethernet Gateway are
mapped with the MODBUS addresses from [40923] to [40934].
4.4. MODBUS RTU Configuration
This section describes the configuration of MODBUS/RTU
communication related parameters.
Note: To access internal parameters of the gateway using
MODBUS/TCP, the unit ID has to set as 254.
4.4.1. MODBUS/RTU Communication Address
MODBUS register MODBUS_COMM_ADDR [MODBUS Address:
40414] is allocated to change the MODBUS/RTU communication
address. The Users are free to change the baud rates at any time
and it will come into effect immediately.
4.4.2. MODBUS/RTU Communication Baud Rate
The Power Electronics Ethernet Gateway supports 6 different baud
rates for the MODBUS/RTU communication.
