Radar Overlay (only available with installed/active radar system)
The 911 GT3 Cup MR Gen. II can optionally be equipped with a radar system in the rear. This system is
intended to support the driver in recognizing approaching vehicles at an early stage and informing
them of any necessary action.
The following scenarios / actions are conceivable (example):
 A vehicle of a higher vehicle class is approaching

Allow the vehicle to pass

A vehicle of the same class is approaching

Detect overtaking manoeuvres erkennen
Left Arrow - Vehicle passing on the left Right Arrow - Vehicle passing on the right
Additionally, the alarm LEDs inform the driver of the approach speed and the approximate remaining
distance from the approaching vehicle. The following table outlines the assignment of the alarm LEDs

Upper Right LED— Solid Green 60 m Slow < 10 km/h Right
The system detects an approaching vehicle on the right side of the
vehicle at far distance with a low approach speed.
Upper Left LED — Solid Green 60 m Slow < 10 km/h Left
The system detects an approaching vehicle on the left side of the
vehicle at far distance with a low approach speed.
Both Upper Right LEDs —
Solid Orange
40 m Slow < 10 km/h Right
The system detects an approaching vehicle on the right side of the
vehicle at medium distance with a low approach speed.
Both Upper Left LEDs —
Solid Orange
40 m Slow < 10 km/h Left
The system detects an approaching vehicle on the left side of the
vehicle at medium distance with a low approach speed.
Both Upper Right LEDs —
Solid Red
20 m Slow < 10 km/h Right
The system detects an approaching vehicle on the right side of the
vehicle at medium distance with a low approach speed.
Both Upper Left LEDs —
Solid Red
20 m Slow < 10 km/h Left
The system detects an approaching vehicle on the left side of the
vehicle at short distance with a low approach speed.
