The sill covers and the center underbody use aluminum retaining strips as their central fastening
element. In order to get the underbody as straight as possible, a very precise horizontal alignment of
the two strips is required.
The corresponding tightening torques can be found in the detailed
assembly instructions. This is available for download from the Manthey
Racing website.
The spacers shown are the main fixation pointsfor the middle unerbody.
These spacers are of different lengths. Confusing the two spacer vari-
ants inevitably leads to extreme misalignment of the underbody!
The assembly instructions must be followed. The spacers are to be glued
in with medium - strength screw locking (Loctite 243).
