- Remove tines and fold out the safety

4. Remove the top three tines of both rotors. The tines are
secured with linchpins. Store the tines removed in the
holder provided.
NOTE
Risk of material damage due to loss of tines.
•
Observe the direction of rotation of the
tines and the spring pins when attaching
the tines. The spring pin must close in the
rotation direction.
5. Folding out the safety bar: First remove the spring
linchpin (from opening 1) and fold the safety bar back
completely. Then re-secure using the spring linchpin
(opening 2).

6. Go to transport position.
Operation of the tine holder
1. Pull the handle (3) of the lock in driving direction
backwards (a) and then towards the body (b) to
open the locking device.

2. Insert a tine arm or remove a tine arm.
3. Press the lock back - towards implement centre.
The locking device clicks into place and the times
are secured.
Tine covering
CAUTION
Risk of injury exists through the sharp edges on the
spring tines. Passers-by, cyclists and others

Fit the tine guard onto the remaining spring
tines.
Fitting the tine coverings:
1. Pin the tine covering right across all tines on a tine arm.
Cover all remaining tine arms on the machine using a
protective covering.
