Adjusting the rotor stabilisation:
- Park the machine on flat, solid ground.
- Place the rotor in working position.

1. Adjust the end of the retaining spindle (1) for the
stabilisation spring compared to the end of the
adjustment bracket (2).
Swivelling from working to field
transport position
075-09-10
Changing from working to field transport position is
performed via a single-action hydraulic connection (floating
position required).
- The cardan shaft drive does not have to be switched
off.
TIP
In the working position, switch the tractor's control valve
to the float position to ensure a clean ground adaptation
of the rotor units.
TIP
It is not possible to raise higher than the field transport
position without activating the transport securing device.
Step sequence control
DANGER
life-threatening danger exists, if the machine starts
to move or tilts.
•
Before making any settings, park the ma-
chine on even, firm ground.
•
Switch the tractor engine is off and remove
the key.
•
Wait until the motor and the moving parts
come to a standstill.
•
Secure the machine against rolling using
wheel chocks.
•
Do not work under the machine unless it is
safely supported.
The swivel processes from working to field transport
position and back again are controlled by the step sequence
control unit.
The step sequence control is located at the front swath arm.
When switching to field transport position, the hydraulics
of the rear swath arm are blocked until the front swath
arm has nearly reached field transport position. Only then
is the hydraulic raise command switched through to the
rear swath arm.
When changing from field transport position to working
position, the hydraulic lowering command for the rear arm
is only switched when the front swath arm is almost in the
working position.
The time to activate the commands can be adjusted
individually: To change the time, loosen the bolts of the
appropriate disc and change the position of the disc relative
to the slot.

1
- The lowering time of the rear arm is set using disc
(1).
- The lifting time of the rear arm is set using disc (2).
