Injector cleaning

1. Remove the screws (

2. Remove the cap injector (

).

3. Remove the seal (

) taking note of its position.

Info

Depending of configuration, the position of the seal can be different as shown.

The mid part of the seal should be aligned with the position of the injector.

4. Using the pusher (

), remove the injector (

).

Caution - material

Risk of injector damage due to bad removing !

To avoid any damage on the injector, use only the pusher to remove it.

5. Remove the screen (

).

6. Remove the injector plug (

).

Info

The plug has 2 slots in at the top. The plug can be removed by hooking something into
one of these slots from the center of the plug.

7. Clean or change the injector (

), the screen (

), the injector plug (

) and the seal (

5

).

8. Lubricate all seals with approved lubricant only.

9. Reverse above procedure steps to rebuild.
