Small and medium enterprise (SME)

The SmartNode 1400 in

figure 31

is set up as a voice gateway and IP router in an SME situation. Both BRI

ports are attached to a local PBX, offering up to four simultaneous voice channels to the IP access network that
is connected to the Ethernet port ETH 0.
