If you look at the exposed SmartNode 2300 chassis, you will see the motherboard and the 12V power module
that is already installed (see
figure 80
). (The figure shows the general arrangement of the chassis-mounted com-
ponents only, with little or no component details. The IC-4BRV-8V card is omitted for clarity). To the left of
the existing 12V power module are two screw holes tapped into dimples, and two smaller holes. These four
holes are for mounting the 48V line power module (see
figure 81
on page 118).
