6.1.8 Emergency stop output
An output terminal to output the emergency stop state.
(No-voltage relay contact output, Contact ratings: 5 A, 30
VDC, minimum load 100 mA 5 VDC)
Open the terminals in
an emergency state.
There are four kinds of emergency stop outputs as follows
