8. Fish

For cooking whole fish and fish fillets.
Put the prepared fish in a microwave safe dish. Add
recommended water listed above. Cover dish with cling film.
Place the dish on glass tray. Press Auto Menu 8 times and
press Start/Set. Set the weight of the food and press Start/
Set.

9. Chicken

g
For cooking chicken pieces such as wings, drumsticks,
thighs, half breasts etc. Pierce the chicken pieces before
cooking. Put the prepared chicken pieces in a suitable size
microwave safe dish. Add 1-5 tbsp oil if desired. Cover with
cling film pierced twice. Place the dish on glass tray. Press
Auto Menu 9 times and press Start/Set. Set the weight of
the food and press Start/Set. Turn at beeps.

10. Casserole Rice

For cooking white rice including short grain, long grain,
jasmine rice and basmati rice. Place rice in a suitable size
microwave safe casserole. Add recommended water listed
above. Allow at least

depth of volume for evaporation to
prevent boiling over. Cover with lid. Place the casserole on
glass tray. Press Auto Menu 10 times and press Start/Set.
Set the weight of the food and press Start/Set. Stand
5 minutes after cooking.
