Voice Mail Integration
Allows you to forward your calls to your mailbox in a Voice Processing System. If your
telephone has a MESSAGE button, the button light turns on and lets you know you have
messages. Even if you do not have a MESSAGE button, you will hear a special tone
when going off-hook.
Setting Call Forwarding destination to Voice Mail
1. Lift the handset.
2. Dial the feature number (710) and the Call Forwarding
number (2 through 5).
• Each Call Forwarding number corresponds to the following
services:
- 2 : Call Forwarding — All Calls
- 3 : Call Forwarding — Busy
- 4 : Call Forwarding — No Answer
- 5 : Call Forwarding — Busy/No Answer
3. Dial the Voice Mail extension number.
• You hear a confirmation tone and then a dial tone.
4. Hang up.
• Calls directed to you are automatically forwarded to your
mailbox.
• Callers can leave their messages in the mailbox, according to
the Voice Mail guidance.
Listening to a stored message
You can listen to the messages stored in your mailbox with easily.
1. Lift the handset.
2. Dial the Voice Mail extension number.
• You can listen to the stored message by following the Voice
Mail guidance.
