TWAIN configuration method

Click the [Image Enhance] tab of the [TWAIN] dialog box.

To set a different contrast level for each scanning mode, set the [Advanced
Image Enhancements] box to on, and then click the [Binary Image], [Gray
Image] or [Color Image] tab.

If different settings are to be used for the front and back sides with Both
scanning, set the [Front/Back Same Settings] check box to off.

Click the mouse and drag the [Contrast] slider bar to the left or right to adjust
the contrast. Alternatively, a number (1 to 255) can be entered directly in the
[Contrast] edit box.

Scan the document, and check the contrast.
