When the [Add] button is pressed, the page size is saved as a new size.

The saved name now appears in the [Page Size] list box of the [ISIS] or
[TWAIN] dialog box.
How to delete page sizes

In the [Custom Paper Size] dialog box, select the size to be deleted from the
[Add Paper Size List].

When the [Delete] button is now pressed, the selected size information is
deleted from the [Add Paper Size List].
