Barcode Options
Label Size: Allows you to limit length of the barcode label. Possible settings are 1 through 8.
The default is 8.
Label Alignment: Allows you to specify alignment of barcode label. The options are Left or
Right. When used with the label size option, strips unwanted trailing characters (left
alignment) or leading characters (right alignment). The default is Left Alignment.
Check Digit: Allows you to enable or disable check digit function. For barcodes without check
digits, you can select Disable. For barcodes with check digits, you can select Enable/Send or
Enable/No Send. The default is Disable.
Set Element Base
Transport: Allows you to set the base address of the robotics mechanism. The default is 0000.
Storage: Allows you to set the base address of the 19 magazine slots. The default is 0001.
Transfer: Allows you to set the base address of the drive. The default is 00E0 for Drive 1.
Import/Export: Allows you to set the base address of the mail slot. The default is 00D0.
Set Serial Number
Serial Number: Allows you to alter the module's serial number as stored in the unit. The
PowerLoader™'s robotics reports these settings in response to the SCSI Inquiry command in
the Unit Serial Number Page.
Set Default
Overland Defaults: Resets all configuration options to Overland defaults or Compaq defaults.
The default is Overland defaults.
