Step 8:
Enter
the
Speed Dial Code
you wish to use for the number being configured. This
refers to the index in the address book as well as the speed dial entry code.
Step 9:
The
Address Book Action
provides a list box to select the action to be taken. You
may select from one of the following options. The definitions for these options can be
found in the table below:
Display Address Book
Add New Entry
Edit Sel Entry
Delete Sel Entry
Step 10:
Click the
Submit
button to complete the configuration.
Step 11:
To save the settings, click the
Save Settings
button.

options and their definitions:
Field Definition
There are four
Address Book Action
options available.
Display
Address
Book
This is the default option. Selecting this option displays the
selected address book details after clicking the
Submit
button.
Add New
Entry
Selecting this option adds a new address book entry after
clicking the
Submit
button.
Edit Sel
Entry
This option deletes the selected address book entry from the
Address Book List.
Address Book
Action
Delete Sel
Entry
This option deletes the selected address book entry. Select
Yes
or
No
as required.
1. The above parameters are specific to the endpoint selected in the ATA
Configuration page.
2. Up to ten addresses book entries can be added per endpoint.
3. Address book entries addition/deletion/editing do not need a Save and
Reboot. The changes are reflected immediately.
